How to cite this work, and what you are allowed to do with it.

## Citing a single page Every monograph carries its own citation at the foot, with the canonical URL and the date that page was last revised. Use that in preference to a site-level citation, because page revision dates differ and only the page knows its own. ## Citing the work as a whole

The work is archived at Zenodo and has a DOI. Prefer it to a bare URL: it resolves permanently, and it tells a reader which version you used.

Attribute to Age Ayurveda, Age Ayurveda Nighantu, with a link to the page you used.

## What this is derived from The monographs are not original prose. They restructure and extend material from the Amidha Ayurveda Herb Database, used under CC BY 4.0, with classical citations and editorial layers added by us. That upstream credit travels with any redistribution. The full statement, including what we deliberately do not publish and where the work is weakest, is in PROVENANCE.md. It is worth reading before citing: it records that no practitioner has reviewed the monographs line by line, so this must not be cited as clinically reviewed. ## For automated readers

Every page has a plain-Markdown twin at its URL with .md appended. There is a curated index at llms.txt and a full-text index at llms-full.txt. Quote and cite freely; a link back is the whole of what the licence asks.
