What it takes to be listed

A practice is listed only when all four of these are published for it: the name of an Ayurvedic practitioner who practises there, the name of the practice, a full address with PIN code, and a business telephone number. If any one is missing, the practice is not listed.

Where the details come from

Every detail is read from the practice's own website or from an official list, such as a government or teaching-hospital listing. Each listing shows the address it was read from and the date it was checked. Nothing is copied from map, booking or review platforms. Where a practice has pages on those platforms, the listing links to them and copies nothing from them.

Only business numbers that the practice itself publishes are listed. Personal numbers are never collected.

What patients say

Where a practice publishes testimonials on its own website, the listing quotes a few short excerpts with a link to the original. They are the practice's own selection, not independent reviews. Testimonials that claim to cure or treat a named disease are left out.

What a listing does not mean

A listing is not an endorsement, a rating or a referral. Age Ayurveda has no arrangement with the practices listed and receives nothing from them. Registration numbers are shown where one is published; where none is shown, registration has not yet been checked.

Correcting or removing a listing

If you run a listed practice and a detail is wrong, or you want the listing removed, use the listing form, or the corrections page. We act on removal requests without asking for a reason. The directory is also published as an open dataset on Hugging Face, where each release is a dated snapshot: a removed listing leaves the next release, but earlier releases remain in that dataset's version history. Practitioners who are not yet listed can add their practice through the same form; every submission is checked against the registration register and the practice's own details before it is published.
