Bala Mool

Dosage forms and preparation
Dosage Forms: Churna (powder), Kwath (decoction), Tablet, Capsule, Taila (oil infusion)
Standard Dosage: 3-5g root powder twice daily; 40-80ml decoction twice daily; 500mg extract capsule twice daily
Optimal Timing: Before meals with warm milk for Rasayana effect; with warm water for musculoskeletal complaints; Taila application in the evening for joint stiffness
Storage: Store in airtight containers in a cool, dry environment. Root powder is hygroscopic; use desiccant packs in packaging.
