[Piperine](/reference/piperine/) from [Trikatu](/herb/trikatu/) enhances absorption. Kanchanara bark [polyphenols](/glossary/compounds-o-q/#polyphenols) are well-absorbed in guggulu matrix. Targets thyroid and lymphatic tissues.

**Optimal Timing:** After meals, twice or thrice daily, for Galaganda (goiter/thyroid), Gandamala (lymph nodes), and Granthi (cysts/tumors)

**Shelf Life:** 3 years from date of manufacture as per ASU guidelines for Guggulu preparations

**Storage:** Store in airtight containers in a cool, dry place. Temperature not exceeding 30°C.
