**Standard Dosage:** 6-12 g twice daily on empty stomach with warm water/milk, as per Ashtanga Hridayam/AFI

**Bioavailability:** Ghee base provides optimal vehicle for 30+ herbs with diverse solubility profiles. **Optimal Timing:** On empty stomach, morning and evening. For psychiatric conditions: continuous use for 3-6 months minimum.
