**Optimal Timing:** Morning on empty stomach for hepatoprotective effect; externally before bath for hair health

**Shelf Life:** Same day (fresh juice), 6 months (preserved), 2 years (oil preparation), 3 years (capsules)

**Storage:** Fresh juice: use immediately or refrigerate at 2-8°C for up to 24 hours. Preserved: amber glass at room temperature. Oil: amber bottles at room temperature.
