Slight burning sensation, temporary congestion, and throat irritation may occur during initial use - these are transient and tolerable. Not recommended during acute fever, nasal bleeding, or immediately after meals. - People with allergy history should use with caution and may experience allergic reactions. Contraindicated immediately after Shodhana (purification) procedures, in children under 7, and in severe nasal obstruction.
