**Standard Dosage:** 6-12 g twice daily, as per AFI

**Bioavailability:** Lipid matrix of ghee enables superior absorption of fat-soluble [withanolides](/glossary/compounds-t-z/#withanolides) (from [Ashwagandha](/herb/ashwagandha/)) and steroidal [saponins](/reference/saponins/) (from [Shatavari](/herb/shatavari/)). Multi-herb synergy provides broad-spectrum bioactive delivery. Ghee base facilitates crossing of biological membranes.

**Optimal Timing:** On empty stomach in the morning or before bedtime

**Shelf Life:** 2 years from date of manufacture as per ASU guidelines for [Ghrita](/herb/ghrita/) preparations

**Storage:** Store in airtight glass or food-grade metal containers in a cool, dry place. Protect from moisture and light. Temperature not exceeding 25°C.
