**Optimal Timing:** Early morning on empty stomach (Pratah kala, Abhukta)

**Shelf Life:** 1 year (fresh preparation) to 2 years (dried churna form) as per ASU guidelines

**Storage:** Store in glass or food-grade containers in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration recommended for fresh preparations. Temperature not exceeding 25°C.
