## How is it used traditionally?

Assessment of Tridosha (Vata-Pitta-Kapha) balance and imbalance through pulse quality (Gati), speed, rhythm, volume, and character. Diagnosis of Prakriti (constitution), Vikriti (current imbalance), organ health, and prognosis.
